Run Fast, Eat Slow.




I was introduced to this cookbook through a podcast by Another Mother Runner. I was impressed with the whole food choices. And after the podcast, ordered the book.


Run Fast, Eat Slow is an amazing cookbook, with simple recipes, using whole foods.

As I am flipping through the pages, I am excited to explore some of the creations on the pages of this cookbook— from whole roasted chicken, to Greek bison burgers, and wild salmon sweet potato cakes, each looks and sounds amazing. The authors also share recovery drinks as well as fueling shakes before or after training.


The book is written on the premise that processed foods are not providing the nutrients our bodies need.


I hope to share the various creations I prepare from this book.
